John and Kris have a shared passion for pastry and baking, our vision for
KNEAD was born. Having worked together at a 5 star, 2 Michelin starred hotel, we
wanted to bring our knowledge and expertise to the high street.
When the opportunity came up to take on the space at
Blackjack Street we knew exactly what we wanted to create.
KNEAD is founded on a few key principles, tradition, quality and seasonality. We’re not into fads
and gimmicks, just honest baking and patisserie.
We take the time to make our breads, pastries, cakes,
breakfasts and lunches as we always have – with care, by hand and according to
the season, to bring quality bakes to our community.
