From 5pm–7pm, you’ll dive into the world of specialty coffee through a guided cupping session showcasing Extract’s current season single-origin range. This is a rare chance to taste their entire lineup in one sitting — from vibrant filter coffees to beautifully balanced espressos.
Whether you’re a seasoned coffee nerd or simply someone who loves a great cup, this hands-on experience will sharpen your palate, deepen your understanding, and maybe even change how you drink coffee forever. You’ll explore flavour, aroma, and mouthfeel, learn how professionals’ taste and evaluate coffee, and hear the stories behind each origin — straight from the people who source and roast it.
