Our Elkstone bakery and eatery has unveiled a selection of new dishes that perfectly capture the essence of autumn.
Spice Merchants Breakfast: Curried chicken and pork sausage, poached eggs, Saag Aloo potato terrine, and Vadouvan Massala velouté. This vibrant combination brings warmth and spice to your morning.
Beef Shin French Toast: A classic Pain Perdu with caramelised brioche, slow-cooked beef shin, carrot, poached eggs, Béarnaise, and straw potatoes. The ultimate brunch experience for savoury lovers.
Wild Mushrooms on Toasted Sourdough: Black garlic, baby leek, smoked Applewood, onion, and poached eggs make this a perfectly balanced dish to delight your senses.

Veggie Danish: Butternut squash, red onion, and feta, sprinkled with lightly blitzed pumpkin seeds and finished with parmesan.
Apple & Mascarpone Cake: Mini apple sponge filled with apple compote and topped with mascarpone cream frosting.
