Tiramisu Tart — 2 Stars
Our Tiramisu Tart wowed the judges with its bold coffee flavour, perfectly balanced by a lightly whipped cream topping and a crunchy, buttery base. This delightful combination of textures and flavours delivers a sophisticated yet comforting dessert experience that’s hard to resist.
Cinnamon Bun — 2 Stars
Next up is our beloved Cinnamon Bun, which earned a well-deserved two stars for its irresistibly soft, pillowy texture. Generously coated in sticky caramelised sugar and fragrant cinnamon, every bite brings a warm, cosy sensation — a true treat for the senses and a perfect pick-me-up any time of day.
Traditional Stollen — 1 Star
Finally, our Traditional Stollen, a festive classic, was recognised with a one-star award. Crafted with care and bursting with rich dried fruits, aromatic spices, and a dusting of powdered sugar, it’s a seasonal favourite that evokes the warmth and joy of the festive season.
