There’s something about spring that invites us to slow down. The mornings feel softer, the days a little longer, and suddenly there’s more time to sit, catch up, and enjoy good food in good company. That’s exactly what inspired our new Spring Brunch menu at KNEAD.

At its heart, brunch is about connection — gathering with friends, spending time with family, and lingering a little longer over the table. It’s a moment to pause. And for us, it’s also about doing things properly: thoughtful dishes, quality ingredients, and a pace that lets you enjoy every bite.

 

Our Take on Brunch

We’ve always believed that classics exist for a reason — but that doesn’t mean they can’t be refined.

Our approach to brunch is simple: take the dishes everyone knows and loves, and make them exceptional. It’s about refinement, not reinvention.

Take our Eggs Benedict — a true brunch icon. At KNEAD, we build it from the ground up: our signature English muffin loaf, Toulouse sausage, a touch of honey mustard, perfectly poached eggs, rich hollandaise, and finished with crispy onions for added texture.

Or our Cinnamon French Toast — a staple that evolves with the seasons. This spring, we’re serving a caramelised brioche bun with rhubarb and strawberry compote, pistachio crumble, and vanilla mascarpone. Familiar, but elevated — comforting, yet fresh.
