A Cosy Christmas at KNEAD

There’s something magical about Christmas at KNEAD. As soon as the colder mornings roll in, our bakeries fill with the smell of buttery pastry, warming spices, and trays of festive bakes coming fresh from the oven. This is the time of year when our team do what they love most – creating food that brings people together. Whether it’s a slice of something sweet shared with someone you love, or a loaf cooling on the counter ready for your Christmas table, baking during the festive season always feels that little bit more special.

Walk into any KNEAD bakery in December and you’ll spot the signs of the season straight away – twinkling lights, windows dressed for winter, and counters full of pastries that look almost too good to eat. Our teams have been busy turning each store into a cosy festive stop-off, complete with warm drinks and seasonal treats. You’ll even find mulled wine at the Tipsy Baker Bar, perfect for a little warmth on a frosty day.
We’re also out and about this year, bringing KNEAD to Christmas Markets across the region – a lovely chance to pick up your favourites while soaking in the festive atmosphere. 

Festive bakes to order for Christmas

If you’re planning ahead for the big day, we’ve created a line-up of Christmas bakes ready to Click & Collect from your local KNEAD bakery. There’s a lot to look forward to this year – including brand-new treats and returning favourites.

Our new chocolate & orange tiffin is rich, zesty, and dangerously moreish, while the Christmas cake slice is our take on a classic, packed with festive fruits. You’ll also find our award-winning Stollen, a customer favourite that returns every year, along with indulgent showstoppers like the Red Velvet Cake, Black Forest Chocolate Fudge Cake, and the ever-popular chocolate Cherry Santa. For something playful, our vanilla igloo and gingerbread man are perfect for gifting (or keeping for yourself).

We’ve stocked up the pantry too – from Mum’s Mince Pies and festive biscuits like chocolate orange bourbons to the legendary Big Boy Mince Pie. Our tip? Warm it gently and serve with cream or custard… it’s the ultimate December treat. 

We’re also delighted to share that our Mums Mince Pie has just been awarded second place, and our Large Mince Pie won first place in a blind-tasted mince pie competition for independent bakeries from across the South West.
